PILOT PROGRAM TERMS

Clear expectations before coaching begins.

Last updated September 30, 2026. These terms explain how Baller Path's supervised pilot works for players and their parents or guardians.

A parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment for a minor.

By submitting a player introduction, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the player's information and agree to these pilot terms.

Who operates Baller Path

Baller Path is a coaching service operated by Keith Witter through Storm Basketball, an Illinois limited liability company. Baller Path is the product name, not a separate legal entity.

1. Coaching service

Baller Path provides coach-led player-development guidance, purposeful work, reflection, and feedback. It is not medical care, physical therapy, mental-health treatment, recruiting representation, or a guarantee of playing time, performance, team placement, or scholarship results.

2. Enrollment and access

Submitting an introduction does not charge a card or automatically create Full access. Coach Keith reviews fit, records payment, waiver, or trial eligibility, and deliberately activates access. Each family is responsible for keeping its private invitation and account credentials private.

3. Pilot service and communication

The selected service path sets the coaching rhythm and included review allowance. Coach Keith reviews introductions and responds to routine coaching and support questions within two business days (Monday–Friday, Central Time). This is not instant or unlimited access. Families should use Baller Path or the listed support contact for routine questions.

4. Scheduling, cancellation, and payment

After Coach Keith confirms the fit, we email an invoice; no payment is collected when you submit an introduction. A family may cancel before its next monthly renewal. Access continues through the paid period, then new work and coaching service pause. Pod times, locations, and availability are confirmed during fit review rather than guaranteed before enrollment.

Film review and player video submissions are not available at launch. The Film Review Add-on is not being sold, and Complete Path is waitlist-only for new enrollments until film review is available. A place on the waitlist does not activate service or charge a payment.

5. Player safety and participation

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether a player is medically able to participate. Stop activity and seek qualified medical help when pain, injury, dizziness, or another health concern occurs. In an emergency, call local emergency services—not Baller Path.

6. Respectful use

Families and players must use the platform respectfully and honestly. Do not share another family's information, private links, coaching materials, or account access. We may pause access when needed to protect a player, family, coach, or the service.

7. Questions and changes

Questions about these terms, the current service path, or a cancellation should go to keith@stormbasketballtraining.com. We will post material pilot-term changes here before they apply to future enrollment.
