PRIVACY NOTICE
Player information stays connected to coaching—not advertising.
Last updated September 30, 2026. This notice explains how Baller Path handles information submitted by families in the pilot.
Baller Path is operated by Keith Witter through Storm Basketball, an Illinois limited liability company.
What we collect
We collect parent or guardian contact details, player details, emergency contact information, enrollment choices, coaching goals, reflections, coach feedback, and account activity needed to run the service.
How we use it
We use this information to review fit, connect the right family to the right player record, deliver coaching, communicate about the service, protect accounts, and improve the pilot. We do not sell personal information or use player information for unrelated advertising.
Who can see it
Private player information is limited to the player's parent or guardian, the player where appropriate, and the assigned Baller Path coach or authorized service staff. A family's private invitation must not be shared outside that family.
Service providers and coaching tools
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host the app and its data infrastructure. Supabase manages account authentication, with Google used when you choose Google sign-in. Resend sends transactional emails. Google Calendar handles meeting booking; Google Meet is used for online meetings. These providers receive the information needed for their respective functions.
Coach Keith also uses OpenAI ChatGPT as a staff assistance tool and may provide relevant coaching context to help organize or draft material. Coaching decisions and feedback remain Coach Keith's responsibility; ChatGPT is not your player's coach. Contact us with questions about information shared with these tools.
Children and guardians
A parent or legal guardian must provide information for a minor and may ask to review, correct, or request deletion of the family's information by contacting us. We may retain limited records when needed for safety, accounting, legal, or service-history reasons.
Photos, video, and media
Optional public use of a player's first name, photos, or birthday celebrations is separate from information used for private coaching. Promotional permission is never required for coaching access and may be withdrawn by contacting us. Player video submissions and film review are not available at launch; do not send player clips through messages or support email. Any future video service will require separate guardian consent and a published retention and deletion process.
Retention and requests
We retain coaching and account records while the family uses the service and review what must be kept when participation ends or a deletion request is received. Records needed for accounting, safety, or legal obligations may need to be retained longer. There is not yet an automatic deletion schedule. Ask us to review, correct, export, or delete your family's information using the contact below; we will verify the request before acting.
Security and questions
We use account access controls and private delivery methods designed to limit access to player information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Report a privacy or access concern to keith@stormbasketballtraining.com.
