COMMON QUESTIONS

Quick answers

Where should a family start?

Start on Today. It selects the clearest next action. Use the other pages only when Today sends you there.

What is Development?

The player bigger picture: current focus, coaching cues, success standard, feedback, and development history.

What is Workouts + Feedback?

The player work inbox inside Development. It contains only assignments selected by the coach for that player.

What should a parent do?

Manage enrollment and scheduling, encourage consistency, approve requested verification honestly, and share useful context with the coach.

What should a player do?

Complete the next action with quality, report honestly, reflect briefly, and apply the coach feedback.

Why is access marked Preview?

Preview lets a family explore before approval and payment are complete. Personal plans, saved progress, and private feedback unlock with Full access.

Do players choose their own drills?

Usually no. Storm is designed around coach-selected work so the player is not lost in a large generic library.

What if we are confused?

Return to Today or use Help in the navigation. For player-specific context, message the coach through Schedule.
